Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. We only accept cash at this moment.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancelations made on the expected arrival date, No-show/No-contact will incur a 100% charge. Request of cancellation made 3 days prior to the date is subject to 30% cancellation fee, while a request made a day before the arrival date charges you 50%.

Q. What if I cannot arrive at estimate time?
A. To change your expected time of arrival, please call us directly.

Q. Is the accommodation a barrier-free?
A. Wheelchair can be accessed to this facility through the slopes.
